On November 22-23, the Synod Meeting of the Reformed Church in Hungary (RCH) was held in the in Budapest. The agenda of the meeting included a report on the Starpoint Youth Festival and the celebration of the 20^th Anniversary of the Voluntary Diaconal Year Program. The beneficiary congregation of the 2018 National Collection was also announced.

Synod Issued a Declaration on the Armenian Genocide

The Synod of the RCH issued a declaration on the 100th Anniversary of the Armenian Genocide and on the Protection of the Christians Currently Suffering Persecution at its meeting on 22 April 2015.

Voices from the new Synod

All of the four church districts represent themselves in the Presidium of the Synod of the Reformed Church in Hungary, which elected its leadership at its constituting meeting on 25th February 2015. The new office holders shared their thoughts and plans for their work in the upcoming 6 years term. At its next session, the Synod will elect the new General Secretary of RCH and decide on the priorities of its work.

The Synod of the Refomed Church in Hungary will take place on 12th - 13th of November 2014. Among many delegates expected from various parts of Hungary are international guests. These Guests are from partner Churches in Asia, Europe and Africa.
